For Sumsung box ,the speed can reach to 18-22sets /min,36-44pcs/box min ,it running for 18 hours a day is the most ideal (the machine running in a day -and night shift ,each shift runs for 9-10 hours ) The output about 24000 sets to 26000 sets per day

Since the A07, A17, and A27 models have slight dimensional differences in their retail boxes, the machine is equipped with a “one-key recipe recall” function. Operators simply select the corresponding model on the Human-Machine Interface (HMI), and the machine automatically repositions the guides and suction cups, reducing downtime for product changeovers to under 20 minutes.
